Description
·        Answer calls from customers in process of installation inquiring about their DSL line status.

·        Placing calls to customers to provide them with updates of their line status.
·        Open CRM ticket to document the incoming call.
·        Communicate with other departments involved in the DSL cycle for updates.
·        Monitor Score
·        CRM
·        Following up with customer until problem is solved.
Qualifications        
·        Bachelor degree
·        Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
·        Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
·        Crisis management
·        Time management
·        Effective Negotiation Skills
·        Customer Focus
·        Stress Management skills
Gender         Male
Experience  1 - 2 Years.
