The overall objective for the job

Responsible for the development and tracking of key performance indicators for sale, which will be supported and decisive action to support business and understand the decision-making and improve sales and business selling customized and standard reports. - Collect and analyze sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas by records and interpret results of overall sales.

- Analyze line of business operations to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes in sales.

- Guide sales people (Key Accounts, Sales managers , etc.) in entering an accurate forecast in our CRM ( customer relation management ) tool, generate reports for forecast, and collaborate forecasts into weekly-monthly reports
- Align with business analysts, administrators and users of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)-CRM (Customer Relation Management) -reporting tools to reflect sales structure in systems.
- Coordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels (Key Accounts, Sales Managers, Warehousing and Products data).

- Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
- Generate the relevant reports for Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Business Planning, and service Management

- Prepare proposal draft, ensuring that content meets clients requirements, internal and policies standards.

3. Recruit sales representatives
4. Provide sales staff with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures
5. Review and evaluate sales staff performance
6. Handle personnel issues and problems
7. Conduct weekly sales meetings
8. Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner
9. Work in the field with the sales team (ride with staff on presentations)

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any Related Field
• From 3 to 4 years of experience in FMCG.
• Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
• Very good English
• Age not exceed 32 years old
• Must have a valid driving License
