Job Description:
· Explain products, services & prices and answer clients inquires Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and gather feedback
· Make a record of clients data , inquires, complaints, comments & actions taken
· Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
· conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain clear info about the market ,clients& competitors
· Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services, qualify assigned leads in terms of sector ,current needs, decision maker ,current service provider ,address, etc.
· schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with the prospective customers
· Answer all inbound calls in timely and professional manner as well as assist customers who have specific inquires or complaints.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in any discipline
· Fluency in the English Language Presentable
· Attention to details,
· excellent communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
· Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying.
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
· Punctuality in time
· A sound Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
