Description
· Perform administrative duties including filing system, faxing, e-mail, minutes of meeting, answering telephone calls and receiving inquiries.
· May answer basic questions related to the company s products offering.
· Route inquiries and leads to appropriate Sales Representative.
· Schedule meetings and presentations for Sales Team.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports identifying sales activities and productivity.
· Handling correspondences including proposals, letters, and contracts as directed by the Sales Team.
· Create new forms and materials as needed.
· Coordinate & follow up on requests & needs with other departments.
Qualifications
· University graduate.
· Excellent computer & Microsoft office user.
· Very good command of English (spoken & written).
· Professional Business Writing skills (both in Arabic & English).
· Ability to maintain high level of organization, accuracy and attention to details.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
· Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.
· Ability to use a calculator and perform intermediate mathematical calculations.
· Must be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills
· Excellent computer & Microsoft office user.
· Professional Business Writing skills (both in Arabic & English).
· Presentable, can work under pressure & organized.
