Job Description:
· Duties & Responsibilities: To handle all Administrative work. -Preparation of reports on regular basis.
· Sending mails, For Both distributers and clients if required.
· Following up scheduled meetings with clients and insuring that it’s done in time
· Insuring that all clients’ data is saved.
· Being a spoke point between the outdoor teams.
· Responsible for all administrative work, including, handling phone calls, and following-up on multiple cases.
Skills
· Very good command of English language.
· Interpersonal & Communication Skills
· Excellent correspondence skills and enjoy high computer literacy (ICDL Certificate is preferred)
· Creativity , Speed & Accuracy ,Development Ability
· At least one year of experience in a similar position
