Hiring Technical Support Engineer مهندس دعم فنى at Advanced Computer Technology – ACT
-Providing Technical Support for computer H/W products lines (Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks & Printing systems) with adequate level of service, starting from installation, configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance As follows: Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting variable types. Installing Windows, drivers and applications, while preparing them in the workshop. Performing full diagnose, Bios update and Firmware upgrade. Following up standards, diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, while conducting appropriate procedural documentation, as per quality standards. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of working in the same or relevant field (Information System).
· Excellent command of English.
· Good Knowledge about Servers (Towers and/or Blades) & Storage “Hands on will be preferred”.
· Good Knowledge of MCITP (certification is preferred).
· Very Good Time management, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time.
