Job Description:
Receipt of customer contacts and defining the goal of communication,whether to report the need for the maintenance of any of the companys products or to inquire about the companys products or to make a complaint to the Customer Service Department
Record essential data to the client explaining the In case of installation of modern communications,he need to make sure all the necessary installation requirements,and inform the customer at a cost of installation
In case the author of the new client maintenance is determined device type and model and the duration of the ownership of the customer for the device to determine whether or not insurance,holidays and spare parts required,if possible*In case of receiving a complaint the customer and according to the type of complaint is directed to the appropriate client to end his complaint
Qualifications
· University degree
· Access to training courses in the area of customer service
· Courses in the area of effective negotiation and crisis management
· Access to training courses in effective communication skills
· Access to training courses in how to manage team
· Knowledge of computer applications(Word-Excel
· Team spirit and ability to manage the team and the ability to make a decision
· Negotiation skills and effective communication and how to manage team
