Description

·        New SAP projects implementation

·        Analyze business requirements and map it to SAP functionality.

·        Configure and test the SAP application to match all business needs.

·        Establish a comprehensive training program and materials for SAP key users and new users.

·        Developing project documents e.g. Business Blue Print, Configuration Document and Training manual.

·        Master data format & upload and ensure the accuracy of the master data in the system.

·        Troubleshooting all SAP users through analyzing, tracing and resolving system error messages through second level of support.

·        Managing & customizing cross-company functions.

·        Write programs specification for ABAP developments, Analyze and design the new SAP reports, Testing the new developed programs on SAP

·        Helping SAP system basis team in maintaining authority and user role for SAP system users & upgrade SAP system functionalities

·        Apply and modify SAP notes on standard SAP programs

·        Improve the performance of SAP standard programs by restructure the indexes

·        Coordinate with the SAP consultants and users to get their inputs and feedback on the reports

·        Communicate with SAP Global support in case of problems

·        Study and test the effects of the new support packages

·        Coordinate with SAP external parties when required

·        Selecting & evaluating SAP key users.

Qualifications     

·        Good Business & technical Analytical skills.

·        Experience with team Work in SAP Implementation Projects.

·        Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills

·        Knowledge on IT environment

·        Understands the different functions needed to run a business and their inter-relationships
