Hiring Accounts Payable Section Head - وظيفة محاسب شركة جهينة

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Responsible for supervising the Accounts payable operations.

·        Supervising the process of issuing checks ,for all the provided services and for all suppliers

·        Following up on the suppliers Accounts on the system ,in order to follow all the transactions from and to Juhayna.

·        Checking the closure reports of the foreign and local payable department, in order to ensure providing the management with an accurate information.

·        Reviewing all the clearness and customs invoices.

·        Monitoring the transfer of the installments of the Sales Tax on the imported Machines

·        Manage monthly closing of financial records, posting of month end information and ensures accuracy of financial statements

·        Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting and ensures accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

·        Education Level Required Bsc. in commerce
( Accounting Section ) Minimum Years of Experience Required

·        6-9 years English Language Proficiency

·        Good Computer Proficiency

·        MS Office

·        Internet Browsing

·        Special Software ERP
